I’m sad I can’t get into this, Chloe doesn’t seem as smart as I would expect the top spy of a kingdom to be. And idk I cringe in a bad way at all the commander moments. It feels out of place, and I think I would’ve enjoyed the story more if romance portion was way smaller than it is. I really tried to love it, like with all my heart lol. But 21 chapters in and I just can’t. Still love nonna and Chloe and I think I would’ve enjoyed the story more, if 40+ chapters were solely about them and then the captain gets introduced slowly from there :(

I think it's more as like the wife wants the husband to hate her instead of mourn for her death, not that she actually cheated on him. Which honestly, that's sadder than ever.

And omg this shit is so heart wrenching chaeyoon and domin were so young going through all that. None of them should’ve had to go through all that, especially with the 4th terrain and 111 hunters dying from starvation. And then the last push, I’m not looking forward to finding out how kangjin didn’t make it omg. It’s now grating me that jihan and everyone else is looking for chaeyoon, after all they experienced. But I don’t think genpop or anyone knows wtf they went through in there Lord.
I dare say this is better than the prequel for me personally! I’m just hoping it doesn’t dip in terms of storytelling, dialogue and common sense. Cuz I noticed marriage of convenience started off strong but would do implement things that made no sense, and made the main characters look dumb to progress the story

Idc how stubborn Bianca is, it makes 0 sense for her to go search for him. And the blatantly trap lace and then she don’t got a guard when she searching. Gasped comes 2 chapters later, like wtf was u doin bro?!?! This supposed to be 2nd best knight. And the whole dialogue was just dumb asf, I just skim read the rest cuz icba to read dumb shit. Not dropping this cuz story’s still pretty good, just these chapters were annoying asf xoxo
