This situation remind me of BG Alex, the top had to treat the bottom badly before realizing the feelings he had. I think it's a wast of the time they could've spent together, loving each other.


In any case, I do not want to take the top's defence here but it is very difficult and almost impossible to overcome a trauma that we experienced as a child. Knowing that he saw the corpse of he's mother, that he tried to resuscitate. And on top of that since he's a little boy his grandpa told him to not trust anyone.
