Y’all I just saw Rachmaninoff concerto no. 3 performed live by one of the world’s greatest living pianists and please let me tell you if you ever have the opportunity to go and see a live performance of this work DO ITTT I had goosebumps the entire time
I love Garam so much for standing up for himself. He knows what he needs and wants to hear from Heejae, and if Heejae has to learn the hard way or not learn at all, so be it. I envy Garam’s perspective of self importance in his relationship with Heejae. Garam knows his own music’s worth and he knows his own soul’s worth, and getting Heejae to see that for himself seems impossible, but Garam keeps trying.
