Judging from how the servants act horrified around her, she draw conclusions that she's a villainess in a rofan world so she scts like one. She doesn't realized she couldn't be more wrong...

Instead of a villainess, people see her as a demon(?) possessing a dead person. So that's why people are so horrified around her.
