i'm looking for any manga/manhwa whether be it bl or gl or straight where the mc has a chronic physical illness or suffers from long term mental health issues. it would be perfect if the plot also includes the idea of the mc forcing themselves to avoid getting a partner because they're afraid of being a burden when needed to be taken care of.
i'm okay with sad endings but pls don't include any major characters death
