He was taught by Ashley that they should help people in need and in his mind he was right, he just helped out Chase the same way he thought he helped Chase as kid to go down the stairs faster by pushing him. the inter connecting story of this omegaverse of Zig is actually full of toxic characters and yet you’ll crave for more, that’s the shortest way to put it. Joshua and Dane is my favorite character in the series as they are the most humane (and they are charming)
