She's afraid he'll sacrifice his emotional or physical well-being in the process of solving the situation, because that's what he'd always done in the past. She is trying to restrain herself since he asked to handle it alone; she just wants to know what his plan is and not be kept in the dark.
She also certainly has some overcontrolling tendencies, but I think it's pretty clear that he likes it that way lol.
