This is actually pretty sad. Looking at it, the CP and FL seemed to truly cared for each other (given the flashbacks and all). Too bad that they were given bad circumstances. CP was put on a lot of pressure and expectation from the emperor. FL was forced to live a life full of burden and responsibility as the crown princess. She was raised to be perfect and tough. And when there was a sudden change in the prophecy, she was so hurt when the only lifeline she had asked for a divorce.

To be fair, the CP did not cheat. He was left with no choice as he is required to fulfill his responsibility as the next emperor. Could they have broken up in a better way? Yes. If only they talked like every civilized person would. But of course if they did that then we wouldn’t have a story. Lol.

Basically, what I get is -

1. Lyrica is so precious. She's pure but not naive. She deserves all the love. We must protect her at all cost. (๑•ㅂ•)و✧

Lyrica being abused aside, in the past life she even tried to marry her off to a 70yrs old man when she was 16. I know she's trying to be a better mom in this life but...she needs more redemption fr. She died and get back and she said sorry and I love you. And I'm like - what? Ok..But whenever I see Lyrica's happy and innocent face I can't help but hate the mom again. How could you? I can't imagine how hard it must've been for the little girl. In this life, she's currently 8yrs old and is already traumatized from her mother. She still can't trust her actions up to now. In the past, she lived until 16 and the flashback we got was her mom forcing her to marry an old man because it will "help" her mother. And we all know she will do everything for her mother. She was abused all her life. ╥﹏╥

Oh well..that's that. I hope our little Lyrica will live a very happy life.

So she is ok purifying the wolf who she already knows as the 2nd son of the other family with abilities (who can basically tattle her out to them and capture her because they will know she is rtiom) but she's scared shit to purify her new and caring family. She didn't even think twice about healing him and played innocent so they will let the wolf into their house (consciously knowing that it could practically start a fight between 2 rival families). This is still by far the best father-daughter manhwa I've ever read. Sure, there are a lot of adorable and strong child MCs (Leona, Florentia) with good plot but this story sets itself apart by having the most solid plot with no lose ends manhwa. The entire story revolves around Claude and Athy's relationship and it was kept that way until the end. Plus, all side characters are equally important. Tbh, this is the only story where I find all side characters even the villains lovable. C'mon, Lucas? Ezekiel? Jeannette? Felix? Lily? Anastacius? Aeternitas? Mr. White? All of them have their own story to tell and they were all given the highlights they deserve.

This made me laugh and cry and touched and satisfied with the entire story. To me, it felt like I've grown up with Athy. I saw her struggles, her defeat, her success, her starting to be conscious of love, her love for her father, and her success of being the crown princess in the end. I still want to have the side stories tho. Hopefully they will give it to us.

PS: I've read this 4 times now and chapter 102 still makes me cry like shit. Claude's POV is heartbreakingly touching. ╥﹏╥

In all fairness to the emperor he asked Helios to not leave Diana even if everyone is againts her and is ruining the dignity of the empire. Very unusual for a royalty way of thinking. lol. Maybe I'm just so used to emperors making sure they marry the best useful girls from other manhwas (≧∀≦)
