I freaking hated how this scene was adapted from the novel!! In the novel, he cursed her of his own accord, because it showed how far he would go to keep her, revealing his desperation and possessive nature. However, in this version, she's the one who appears desperate, asking him to curse her, which I find disappointing!
Like eww, why are you begging pathetically on your knees like that!! Like, get up, ffs! This scene was ruined for me.
I think Its to make the FL more redeemable after what she did. Even if people want to brush over how she manipulated and used the ML to make a child with just so she could go back to a sickly mother that really give a shit sbout her. She still abandoned and rejected her own son. A child she intentionally brought in the world knowing she would abandon him after he was born.
Uploading a misleading "place-holder" chapter to prevent duplicates only to end up with chapter 72 getting duplicated! Apparently, the placeholder didn't do shit...
Also, the last panel from chapter 73 has been randomly cut and placed in the middle of the chapter. Fix that shit ffs!
