They were pretty cute together in this chapter for once. Still wonder why the art deteriorated so much from season 1 to season 2. It wasn’t even gradual, just suddenly a big downgrade at once.

Well the title didn’t lie because that ML is a fucking villain. Like plain disgusting loser scum. Wtf. The only happy ending is if ML loses his rainwater and ends up like his grandfather and the MC gets to be happy and free forever. Some stories didn’t need to be written and this is one of those.
The story pacing was so good in the first few chapters but ever since they left Leracal to go to Anarta, it’s just been misunderstandings piling up one after another. I was hoping the annoying pink hair dude would not be the cliche love rival but instead Shuraka’s friend who has his own lover on the side but nope he is just that cliche love rival. Shuraka was THE green flag yearner ML but now I’m not even sure what he is actually. I know I should let this sit for a while since the misunderstandings won’t be resolved anytime soon and the past few chapters have been spoiling my mood but I’m too curious to find out what happens too.
Shuraka be like all you need to do is stay by my side but everytime Tei tries to be close with him he backs away… No wonder Tei feels like he has no role now.

Those “friends” are so toxic, like going to someone’s housewarming party and talking behind their backs, bringing up the ex and trying to get them back in contact like wtf. Ash needs some new friends asap. Karlyle also needs to speak up, Ash has been asking him like please tell me what’s going on a hundred times and he doesn’t wanna say anything.

Y’all already know Simon is gonna break out of prison and be the antagonist again. Also why does Asami have to fulfill the contract when Maksim didn’t do anything to help. He just got himself caught and needed to be rescued.
I wanted to see it continue but on the other hand am also glad it ended because the author seemed to be doing the same type of storyline of Yeon Oh getting hurt and if it continued I guess the next storyline would have been the grandpa kidnapping him which I really do not want so I guess this is for the best. Looking forward to the side stories.
Thank you for the update. Tbh, I didn’t enjoy this arc. Memory loss is a difficult storyline to write and I feel that sensei didn’t manage to add anything meaningful to the story with this trope. There were also a lot of cliches and loopholes in this whole arc. I guess the next story arc will be about the father/Maxim and whatever contract Asami signed.
I hope sensei finds a right time to end this story and not to prolong it just because.
Hope Jaekyung loses and spirals into a losing streak to finally wake tf up and learn some humility but doubt that would actually happen.
