Raul from "The Condemned Villainess Goes Back in Time and Aims to Become the Ultimate Villain" for sure. He doesn't disrespect the FL (bare minimum), doesn't harass her like actual ML ( another bare minimum), has some personality that isn't, "Heh... She's not like other women, how interesting..!"
