I mean, i did forget how maybe the translation affected how I viewed Sei in this volume, but words aside, his actions kinda also made it difficult for me to still like Sei with how he acts like Aresh is just being too forceful when he cant even finish a proper meal or reconsider how his stubborn resistance to Aresh's intervention makes it that Aresh will intensify his monitoring (which may or may not be how Sei complains against Aresh, but thats dialogue and the translation, as u say, messed it up)
