honestly i love the plot now before you think im evil or anything its not really because of that but i get how growing up in rough conditions makes someone „evil“ and growing up in a „rose bed“ or whatever makes someone „good“ it DOESNT necessarily make a person grow up good, you might think that loving person makes a loving child but based on real life experiences its actually the opposite, i have met people with horrible life stories growing with golden hearts, and people with perfect mothers/fathers (or both) with narcissistic traits, when you have something and youre used to it you dont really value it as much as someone who doesnt have that, i do agree that the mc is unrealistic in some ways.. i liked how the plot had real life issues about this.. its true that its a battle of the fittest thats what it always was
side note: im so fucking sleepy im sorry if this didnt make sense i didnt make it past 6th grade (german grading system)
