Yea, traces of eyra disappeared after he entered labyrinth city as that placed could conceal/cut off one's presence off the outside world. So when eyra returned did the dragons started to make a move again, esp now that yanu (another dragon) is there as well

I believe so, but he can be stolen through killing the dragon (in this case, challenging yanu). He only returned recently, so Yanu's mark on him has yet to completely take effect (seen as well in the rapport level, it's not yet 100)
