Idk ,im getting the feeling that our mc and ml were lovers but smthg happened making them forget. But the feelings are getting back in.... I could just be wrong and it could have different plot but this just flew through my mind....or the flashback was from the tea he collapsed but idk im more leaning onto past lovers...
