OMGG when I read the question the first thing that came to my mind was m complicated relationship with the veins in my wrists! I have OCD so whenever I get anxious my veins feel strange(?) and I scratch them in a certain pattern to calm down, it's pretty bad so I usually wear sweatbands that apply a good amount of pressure to them to avoid it.
