I forgot where I read it but ozempic can lessen your bone density, so it will be harder to exercise later in life. But for the binge eating I think either chewing a lot of gum or distracting yourself would be a good option. Chewing gum whenever you feel like eating, yes it will make you even more hungry but it will help your stomach to digest the food that you already have, you can even make it a habit if you do it long enough. Or distracting yourself, I always forget to eat whenever I'm studying or reading manga so try doing that.
The gum part is something I read on reddit btw.

Don't really know how to be comforting but an advice is to find clothes you're comfortable with wearing. Then work on your confidence as that's majority of it. Even if you have to stand Infront of a mirror everyday and give compliments to yourself.

The eating disorder comes from the mental health, the problem is how you think about yourself. Just think that you have a cup inside, and I'm sure you have someone you love dearly, like parents, siblings (even if they are annoying) or even pets and just think of the love that you give is the love that overflows from the cup inside you. So you can't fully love your dear someone if you can't love yourself fully. (Sorry if it didn't make sense)

My college is so far from my home, it's on the other side of the world, so I can't watch my younger sisters grow anymore. So just enjoy your time rn, even if the college you choose is not far you will be out of their lives, your parents one day they will start to look more older than they look today, they will have a lot more wrinkles. Even if you don't go to pursue higher education (idk about your situation so I don't want to assume) it will be the same.

So just start enjoying the moment because it's not infinite time that you will get to spend with your family. So even if you can't love yourself for the sake of yourself do it for your loving ones, and cherish the time that you have rn.

I've read a few chapters and it was interesting, but it was a bit underwhelming for my taste. I can't exactly put my finger on the problem, but it was hard for me to keep reading it. I put it back on the WTR list for now, but I might pick it back up in the future.

ok so im one of the biggest sangyang fans so take my opinion w a grain of salt. but anyways sangyang doesnt have a big fandom theres lowk like 10 ppl in it, it doesnt even have raws posted on illegal websites or anything

but anyways yeah i get its not for everyone, its def not a perfect story imo so i can see where the criticism comes from. i personally rly like shounen/seinen manga & anime and this sorta had the same vibes as those so i was instantly drawn to it. but for ppl who rnt rly into that probably dont like it nearly as much. also some ppl just rnt into gothic/noir art or vibes in general. idk exactly what ur specific reason was for not liking it but maybe it had to do with those things? ╮(￣▽￣)╭

also dont ever call urself mean just for not liking a piece of media that other ppl do like, ppl have different tastes and thats ok.

I don't think it's particularly popular, ngl even I who appreciate having a universe thrown at me without understanding anything it put me off a bit at first. But by making the effort to read a little more I understood why the few readers try to make others discover it to this extent :)
