I don't remember a lot it. Just that it was a real carnation manga. And the protagonist woke up in the villainess body and promised herself to stay away from the main male character of the world she woke up in. But then in school she learned also he was a reincarnated person who knew about the game because his younger sister played it. And then they also learn that the female protagonist is reincarnated, but a little boy kid was in the body so he was a bit of a pervert.
