Guys, I think we had a spin off series for Kojiro Shinomiya but I can't find it anymore. Does anyone knows what happened?

I read this manga couple years ago n I can't remember the title at all. So, if anyone knows what the title is from the description I'm about to give, that would be really helpful.
I think this manga had multiple stories inside. So, in one of those stories, a cat is always observing his master. He always sees that his master is so sad. His master has a lover that visits often. One day his lover tells him that he is thinking of getting married to a girl and he cannot come here anymore. That makes the master really sad. He wants to comfort him & cannot. Basically, the cat leaves the house and his master becomes even more depressed. Even his lover comes back to search for the cat that goes missing.
