I would've been okay with it if it wasn't done via blackmail/extortion. I would've been fine if he just gave Andy money for getting him fired and Andy put it towards the company, the whole situation starting with wiretapping and breaking and entering just made it hard to like the characters. Plus it was done with AI, the same thing they're advocating for! Ironic to think this series would've been a lot different if the author had realized how advanced AI was gonna become.
