So, in the novel, Grayson really means to help the kid. Difference being, his interpretation of “help” being very different from a normal one. Remember ya’ll, he is a psychopath. But his character is so fascinating to me from a psychological point of view ngl. Dane even pities him for a sec when he realises that he meant to “help” the kid in his own way.

I love how emotionally intelligent Seungmin is, he’s not forcing Jaeyoung out of his comfort zone, nor is he being overly cautious. He’s just the right amount of support for Jaeyoung.
As a person of colour AND a Jaxx fan, I feel like people are being too quick to judge? “Your humble slave” definitely sounds problematic in this context but we don’t really know ANYTHING about this character yet. This is an extremely sensitive topic which definitely should be critiqued if it’s done clumsily. It definitely should not be tolerated. Having said that, I have followed Jaxx since the very beginning and so far, she has done her research well (about drugs or the porn industry) in her previous drugs. All I’m gonna do is sit it out, read AT LEAST 10 chapters before throwing profanities at the author. I think that’s only fair. If she messes this up, I’m done.
