I really doubt they'll break up over this... I feel like they might have a big fight over how they dont have the best communication; that way, I feel like it might lead to Andrew opening up about his insecurities (I hope I'm not making this up lol, i remember him being insecure), thus leading to an improvement of their relationship. If they do breakup, then the author only wants to create unnecessary angst imo
All I gathered from these last chapters is that the MC is a moron with no survival instincts, and the ML is/was in an omega rape club... This will be the typical story where a disgusting scumbag is changed with the power of love by a victim who is so in love with him, he can overlook his teeny tiny imperfections
