The story is great and I love the characters too especially Gongja but................ I really, really, REALLY miss the bacteria size Gongja. Baby Gongja really activated my maternal instincts in me even though I've been single since birth (T﹏T)

The title is Yearning, or Endless Yearning (the alternative title), so sometimes I just get delulu and build a whole plot in my head where the ML literally yearns endlessly for the FL's affection. But by then, it's too late because she no longer loves him. He keeps trying to win her back by apologising and working on himself though he still fumbles from time to time too (Like Agent Choi, jkjk, forget it please lol). She eventually ends up marrying her fiancé (the 2nd ML), and the ML regrets his past mistakes for the rest of his life. (I mean, she's wearing an engagement ring, no? I don't know if it's a real engagement or not, but anyways!) In short, he gets a bad ending.
My other headcanon is an open ending where the FL tells the ML that the engagement is fake, or she breaks up with her fiancé because it was only some kind of contract thing a or something (cuz I don't like meaningless sacrifices for the 2nd ML). Then, the FL's last words before the chapter ends are something like, “Now, it's your turn to yearn for me, so good luck catching me.” (ik that sounds kinda cringe but I'm suck at this, so forgive me for not being creative). And then... the end. It's up to the readers to imagine whether he manages to win her affection back or not.
I dunno how 2L-nim is gonna drive the plot, but one thing's for sure; I want the ML to suffer. The minimum is 30 chapters, and the maximum is 50 chapters. Let's make the yearning arc yearn frfr ლ(´ڡ`ლ)

Does this manhwa based on novel or something? I want to know how long will it take for the 'yearning' arc to begin. Also, it kinda frustrating because ml is such an asshole while fl is obsessed with him which made her unable to see that Kieun/Gaon is there and happily wants to be her friend. Like hello gurl, there's someone out there (aside from her family members) that genuinely enjoy being there with you, y'know? Kihyeon (the ML) don't even know how to keep his hand to himself, like if I were Dooyoung (the FL), I'd have at least slap his face the moment he laid his hands on me. At this point, it's like I'm having love and hate relationship with this manhwa; I love it but at the same time I hate it as it test my patience at the same time. （￣へ￣）
After reading the spoiler... I decided to protect myself by marinating this manhwa for like 5 or 8 years... I'll try reading this again later BUT I'll drop it if it's too much for me to handle (like there's this one manga I dropped; titled "My Fiance is in Love with My Little Sister" because it was TOO DEPRESSING that made me cried in every single chapters). Atp I'm here for the FL to finally meet her son and then leave the husband for good (though I know she gonna end up with him anyways). He don't deserve her ffs... Why can't we have a story with a strong FL/mother who don't give a sheet about her "clumsy" ahh husband?
