I just finished rereading this and ugh it’s even better the second time around……. idk how another yuri will be able to top this one. As I get older I’ve come to appreciate stories with realistic characters and conflicts and when it comes to romance (not just yuri) this is one of the BEST. I’ve never even been in a relationship myself and yet I could find something to relate to in so many of the characters. saemiwa avoiding confrontation, yuria liking romance but finding more comfort in independence, saeko having a mom who’s mostly supportive but also can’t help but wish her daughter would conform a little more (this part was way too real to me)….. anyway. other romances should take notes and not be afraid to let their characters break up(▰˘◡˘▰)
