yes. yes, it would. do you not see how it's stilted when she's the student? i get that it's rushed as short extra chapters but to have her just fall for him super fast because he sits in a chair and sleeps, is handsome, says two words to her, and had a somewhat similar situation of not achieving his original dream......it's cheap. at least when he's the student it took a while and she didn't view him like that; mainly because she was more mature than high school her + age gap + her position....and then he also didn't fall for her within a few basic half interactions. so, yes. if he were the teacher; i would not have read this. not only for the above but also because there are far too many stories with HOT TEACHER INADVERTANTLY TEMPTS THEIR STUDENTS. at least when it's her; she's not instantly viewed as a sex object and chased around by all the students.

i love this. and i'm so so so glad she got her revenge even on randy. but i'm not entirely chill with them letting elshira be violated. but i guess basil is getting the same so. but idk still; the context difference between the two bothers me, lol. and randy wtf u up toooooo.
i both hope albina finds an amazing and unrelated love out there and kind of hope randy hella atones and earns his way back and gets a chance someday. [but that part is only like 10% of a ship for me - i love how he fell for her again when she went full vengeance and they were such a good evil couple, lol. but i mad appreciate her having some hatred for his ass and not being soft about it.]
i like the premise but the execution kind of kills me lol. they could have made it less kiddo; it's supposed to be mature based off that fkn synopsis AND YET absolutely none of that + his side just being kind of pathetic [idk but when i saw the setting of him having system powers and being in op shounen like setting before i kind of expected it to not get watered down into what it is, lol. even the webtoon jokes about it, rip. just cuz it's josei doesn't mean it needs to be all rainbows and butterflies. and weak. overly kawaii.] anyways. i still like the general story; it's fresh. i like the blending. i like how they set it up. i just hope it gets better? it's nice to see the characters not just going completely with the flow & having deeper considerations. the relationship progression is better than i expected from the synopsis. or, i guess i should say; it's slower. more considered.
aside from that; my only other hang up is that i'm still eternally thrown by how they keep portraying the emperors age differently. i swear he looked way older in c1 [i even checked] and then they gave him the eye wrinkles at his first recent appearance at the dining table and 2 seconds later he's youthful wheeze /wrinkles just flew away/
all that said; still like an 8/10 for me purely on art and freshness of plot/genre blending.
i always have to click into it because it's such a shit show with the uploads and the 'this is it; it's over' 'actually it's not' 'here's the final chapter! -a reupload-' '-mislabeled chapters-
