Is this some sort of purgatory hell scape that can't break free from? Will this be a "behind the scenes of the reincarnation are there past corpses"? Is this going to be like into the abyss and they're stuck in some sort of horror survival game but the kept getting terrible endings so they haven't escaped yet? Are the towns people and the houds involved or are they just bystanders/background characters? If guwon remembered that quick since he was dying will MC remember when he dies or will he remember and then die later on? Will this entire story end with them both dead or with them being revived/reset/recreated/reincarnated again and if so will they stay in this same world or in a new world?
I have so many theories that I literally fear that we're close to the end of this story or season or smth

Those people died bc they were either considered useless/unnecessary to the town, just bc you care about someone doesn't mean they're useful in a survival sense. OVER POPULATION EXISTS. The point of living is to experience life. The reason the villagers can't see that is bc they still cling on to the old world, whether it be through ppl they were close too, objects they held dear, or even their own memories. They can't see the "new world order" (if I may (=・ω・=)) bc they cling to and hope for they ways of the old world and what the old world held.
That's most likely why guwon created the town in the first place, to give confort to the ppl he rescued. They will die in a matter of weeks, months at best, no more than 3 years
I agree w the overpopulation thing, it’s fr survival of the fittest. Still, I think the author purposely made it that Guwon didn’t just leave others to die, he straight up killed them, that way there’d be no moral dilemma about whether he’s a good or bad guy. Him killing everyone he thinks has no value makes him a bad guy, plus the latest chapter shows his contradictions.
Also people are not perfect and we need happiness to motivate us, we aren’t completely survival centered. Guwon is very strong and mostly logical, but he sucks as a leader cuz he can’t understand what people need
Pretty cute read, it wasn't just weird ass smutty slop it felt like they were actually interesting characters and their relationship is actually pretty cute, wish there was more but even the ending didn't disappoint

Nah bro ik his family was never right in the head but her talking to what I assume is what's left of her dead husbands corpse is wild (also familiar). Imma take a leap hop and jump to guess that she blames her son bc he probably caused the accident that possibly killed or severely injured her husband when he awakened and he was banished/"killed"/taken out for it, he was kidnapped after a tragic incident killed his father and his mother went insane looking for him (least likely), or his father has been dead for a while and he got kidnapped or cast away when he awakened.
Those are just a few of my guesses and ik the author said this might just be 10 ch but I'm 100% ready for them
