im so happy to reread this story! the translated version really brought out a different aspect of the characters and made me understand it in a different way :’) will love this manga forever
I feel the same way :)) I remember reading it years ago and it’s remained one of my favourites stories of any novel or manga I’ve ever read. The ending just always made me feel so at peace. Coming back to see it being updated to the official translation was interesting especially as I think it feels like more or even different dialogue was added? It really does give it a different feel - it’s really nice! Wish they still had the old version up too though . What an amazing story. Despite my horrible memory this is the one title I’ll never forget
i loved the initial premise but imo this had sooo much wasted potential in the development. we could’ve seen more scenes from highschool and why they fell for each other, we could’ve seen the straight guy slowly questioning his sexuality and heteronormativity over the years, seeing the different dates each year would’ve been interesting too, and keeping the jealousy arc/misunderstanding about him moving on would’ve been so satisfying. i wish the author could rewrite this all these years later but with this different sort of pacing

not to be a hater but this story is ruined for me forever….like the art isn’t bad or anything but the pacing! the humor! the tension! it’s all vanished and im so sad i really loved this story
I dont think its that bad. Tho I do get what you mean. The old art suited it a lot better. I still feel the author behind it tho, just their techniques for everything you mentioned are not quite as effective
