Uuummmm... I read this story a looooong while ago, and I first thought "dang, you just moved on to the next up-and-coming..." BUT reading it again I actually think that he "moved on" and actually meant to forget Shimoin and that stupid Saeki started to badbouth the guy he was trying to forget and Haru went " yeah, no... That's not happening, you don't know him and his insecurities.... Sooooo..... I'm gonna stay with you because 1: I will get an chance to see him again. AND
2: Because he's trying so hard I want him to see me trying also. AND 3: Maybe... I can find some way to take advantage of your competitiveness and make him look like the better man.
