I didn't interpret him as blaming Yutaka for what the client did to him. He's criticizing Yutaka for causing such a loud scene and getting into a fight over it. Given their yakuza background, I understood the implication more as Yutaka embarrassing himself by making such a public spectacle instead of handling the situation quietly. At least, that's how I understood the original Japanese while translating the scene!

By “quietly,” I meant that Kazunari expects Yutaka to come to him when something like this happens and let him handle it behind the scenes, rather than Yutaka getting into a loud, public confrontation himself. Especially since Yutaka has a tendency to get himself into trouble. There’s also the fact that this club isn’t Kazunari’s territory, it’s under another yakuza group, so Yutaka causing a scene there also affects Kazunari and could create trouble between them and that group. Chapter 2 actually reveals more about this, so I don’t want to spoil too much. So That’s why I didn’t interpret his comment as blaming Yutaka for what the client did, but as criticizing the way Yutaka handled the situation publicly.
