I really liked the story overall, but the romance just didn’t work for me. Dona being the female lead felt so random and poorly built up. There wasn't any chemistry between them! I even saw them as colleague's! From the beginning, I honestly thought Seol was going to be the female lead because of how important and significant she was to the plot. Even though, I actually preferred seeing the main character interact with his wife, Ara. Ara had so much potential as a character, especially considering her role in the main character’s life, but she was mostly sidelined. I wanted to see their history!!

In the second life, I was expecting more focus on their relationship or at least some kind of emotional or romantic interaction or some backstory like how they met etc., but it was almost completely ignored. That made the romance feel disconnected from the main storyline, like it didn’t really have a clear direction i almost thought they WEREN'T ANY ROMANCE STORYLINE and its just frustrating to see how they just put a random woman to be the female lead and put whatever romantic interaction like..?hello where is the chemistry!!!idontlikethisatallimsosad
