You can tell that the author is just trying to get things along, and it even feels like they don’t know their own characters. I’m gonna mourn what this manhwa could have been with an actual good author
The main issue is the author can't commit to a tone. If you want a toxic yaoi make it that. If you want a psychological profile of your characters make it that. If you want a dark humor romcom do that.
I can see what they were trying to do but the execution is sloppy.
