I remember reading that manga Its like a persian thing but like with European nobility? I remember on some few first chapter the guy (mc i assume?) like a girl who's family got accused of something and got killed but a kid from that family survive but he got kidnapped and Brain washed by his servant like guy, and there was like a huge timeskip that kid got locked up by that servant/nanny (but a hes a guy) and got sexually abused by that guy until our mc finds out and killed that guy? Sorry but he was like batman since he randomly save that kid without even knowing the kid's identity
The mc nationality is probably European something, then theres this side guy (hes gay) hes like a persian nobility and he likes this looks like asian guy

I had to drop it after chapter 152, literally cant stand the story anymore cuz wtf is this the plot even getting at now? author could be writing a new story but they're dragging Cherry blossom after winter on for so long that it's not enjoyable anymore ╥﹏╥
