Evan x Alon honestly, I don't care who the IRS sends, he's been a day 1 and hasn't faltered or even thought of betraying him
Also lowkey I'm just staying so that he can finally meet all his children in person and then the grand family reunion. The gods are definitely interesting, but it would have been even better if the author didn't need to feel like every woman in the MC's vicinity had to either fear or love him romantically. Like the misunderstandings still could've happened with the underlying harem tones.

Lowkey kinda hate that the Prince only gave her a chance to be free on the day of the wedding like??? If you knew her ass wasn't in it to stay in one place AND that she didn't wanna live with you anymore and travel the world. Shouldn't YOU as the soon-to-have-been husband/fiancee just be like "I love you Alphina, how we get married so I can call you my wife but afterwards you get to do whatever the fuck you want, we're just doing this for formality and presentation for the nation, they don't need to know what goes on between us" or IDK.... "I love you Alphina, but I can clearly see you and I have different plans in life, so whenever you're ready you can come back to the kingdom with open arms" or just leave her alone...
I understand romance was a pretty big part of the story but I thought it would finally be nice to at least find that let's the FMC live an independent life while having a safe space to go home too, like damn, is that too much to ask?
ikr pissed me off how selfish the prince is… like if he really considered her he wld know that she loves being free and wild and etc and it only takes one conversation with her to realise the security is overwhelming her… she even wld rather have looped than lived this kind of life.. i DONT like him bro..
Right?????? She literally only agreed to being married is for plot, like she somehow became OOC in her own damn manga just to get married like GURLLLLL DIDN'T YOU SAY YOU'D RATHER LOOP THAN GET MARRIED AND NOT LIVE YOUR LIFE TO THE FULLEST? Like if they wanted her to at least be loyal to the nation, they could've kept her a spy, diplomat or some kind of envoy at least. That way she can be free AND still have eyes protecting her like c'mon now, she's managed to fake death before, you'd think she wouldn't do it again just to run away?
Lowkey this felt like watching the snide sassy kid in your group get together with the cringe ragebaiter cus he looked nice and was always teasing her. Like they caught feelings and got together during the first year, the banter was funny and stuff...
But now you're seniors and they still have the exact same banter. In fact, you could pin point that week's drama and dialogue options based on what they had for breakfast.
Jokes aside, this manhua was cute, though I def wish they had more to talk about.
I feel like this an appropriate time to ask: READERS, IS KEEPING A DOCUMENT ABOUT YOU A DEAL-BREAKER?
In my opinion, knowing what I knew about Dohu, I wouldn't actually feel weird about it. However, I'm also a writer (mostly fanfic), so I never really found what Dohu did to be all that strange? His major is script-writing, he's a theatre kid and considering his diagnosis, I thought it was all valid.
Yes, I'm viewing this through the lense of the reader but I found myself realising that I'd more or less do same thing as Dohu did, except for the fact my memory is pretty good so the document stuff isn't needed.
Did Seo even know he's a novel writer??? I swear they covered it in S1 but again it's makes the breaking point even weirder? I'm pretty sure anyone with any level of interest in the arts would tell you that real life is a pretty good reference for the fictional world, so again I thought that the break-up would talk about his family forcing them to break up.
HOWEVER, I can also see where Seo is coming from, imagine dating someone for months and they never tell you about a document that had all your interests, basic information, and possible observations. Not long after your evil aunt told you nobody would love you for who you are. Shit would suck emotionally ngl. Finally letting your guard down on for it to be documented, and it's the first thing you see when you open your partner's computer screen...
But again, again y'all have been dating for months at least, shouldn't you know your partner's side hustle? Like CMON, it never came up ONCE??? Like idk, "Hey I work at a café, hbu bbg (let me hit)?" "Oh I'm an author/ghost writer for a few books that's all (sure why not)"
Maybe I need to sleep, I'm college rn, it's 3am and my exams are beating my ass stupid into making this post, I'M PROBABLY WRONG IGNORE THIS
personally, no… one of my exes did this for me and i just found it cute! i didn’t even realize it could be attributed to their neurodivergence until you mentioned it for dohu. well for what it’s worth, they told me about it unlike seo just finding it out of nowhere, so i guess that could make a difference. i’d argue it’s also because he has trust issues though LMAO
I guess because I’m also a writer myself I can understand Dohu..though I do think it would’ve been better if he told him straight up at first, that way the impact would’ve been less..but who knows, maybe it would’ve turned out the same way considering Juheon’s past. I do get why Juheon is upset tho. Like you’ve been sincere to this person all the time and then you find out that they initially got close to you only to use you as a reference? Was anything real at that point? It does give way for suspicion. I hope they make up soon tho! And Juheon realises that Dohu has loved him for all these years
Ngl I don't fe Hayato at all, cus if he did that to me? The fucking bond of destiny is telling me to wipe out his fugly face. What kind of bastard looks through another person's phone cus they don't talk about their personal life? That's called professionalism? Hello???
Square up Hayato, you're destined to get your teeth knocked in and I'm the executor dealing the punishment. Son of a bitch

Ok so for what I'm reading from the comments, this manhwa didn't really translate the story well from novel to manhwa since there was apparently supposed to be more turmoil and nuance to both Zirgil and Kay which makes a lot of sense looking back.
Kay literally witnesses the aftermath of a woman who realized she had no power to nobility and decided the better option was to just accept his faith??? Like I'm very glad that I got the above context after reading cus I kinda thought the whole time that author only took the gravity of Kay's situation seriously for like, idk? Plot extension? Or just drama?
Now I'm not saying that bad in itself, I read this thing completely just to see if Kay was actually gonna go through killing Zirgil. Would be interesting if he actually did.
Anyways, would I recommend this? Depends on your boundaries. Rape, coercion, unwanted pregnancy, dubcon and violence are all the ones I name off the top of my head, and that's just for the main couple. Lord knows what happens to the side characters (expect Schuman(?))
Honestly I just wish they gave more info on Helena, it seems like she had more shit going on with her mother that doesn't really get resolved with anything but "nah she ded stop asking."
