How can i make a non reader feel what im feeling when maxi said" i fee ashamed " or " i am pathetic " . This truly conveyed the despair the writer wnated to convey.. im hurt badly
Rosetta is not mean. I agree she could have used a softer tone on Maxi but she meant what she said. Her circumstances are not any better that's why she perfected herself knowing she would also be abused if she acted weak. She wished Maxi never returned to their home because she knows that her sister only suffer in that place. She cares for Maxi in her own ways and she loves Maxi.
Never cried so much for any female lead.. maxi is so human , so genuine and best representation of women.. how is she still so selfless is beyond me but we all know one women who has gone through a lot and still so kind and brave from the heart, look at her, i can't belive the father beat her like that for years.
