I usually don't like omegaverse, but this was the only story I've read thus far that sort of effectively grasped the concept of it. Like most of the population is composed by betas, but we never hear of them on omegaverse stories; also it was always a mystery to me how women would fit into this type of universe, and now everything's clear to me (their clit can function as a dick apparently). Feels like the author really knew how to make good use of the genre.
I love this soo much!!! They are like a family where they help and support each other, their relationship is the best! As a taoist myself, I'm in love with this story (and almost fell laughing at the Jade Emperor's swag). Now all that's left is for me to gather the money to buy the side stories, if you know what I mean *wink wink*
I'm in chapter 4, so to people who are ahead of me, was there some kind of misunderstanding or someting like that, or was Hosik really raped? Because the story seems really good, but otherwise I won't be able to continue
In my view, he was raped..cuz Hosik was drunk so he wasn't in the best state of mind to consent...he didn't even remember giving it so we cud only rely on one-sided statement from Sunbae who was sober at the time...he cud be manipulative which he is btw..by locking him in and asked him to give BJ...actually this manhwa dealt with darker theme if we looked more carefully, compared to how bright and cute the art is..
Sunbae made the decision to keep the baby without consulting to Hosik first eventho it is Hosik who will have to give his life away for that, his future, his friends, his education, his playtime..and then came the marriage where he was obliged to wear bride's clothing, he himself felt embarassed about..then he was locked up at home during pregnancy and got installed gps tracker..eventho things got better it can be denied that Hosik only give in to things Su bae did because he was given not much choice..
I thought that the author wanted to deal deeper with those things while concealing it with cute arts..but in the end, Sunbae always has the upperhand over Hosik.,,it's still an okay read for me if I have nothing better to read..plus i like colorful art..but the story, not so much, cuz it's just like other K-dramas u found on tv
I think that demonstrates Sangwoo views his interactions with Bum the same way he used to observe his parents' relationship. Let's not forget it was an abusive one as well.
Yep, he is already replicating past scenes with his mum with Bum. Through most of the manga actually there have been such incidents, so he's going through the motions of what he thinks should happen, because that's his frame of reference
Honestly, you don't need a psychiatry qualification to understand this, as it's pretty obvious.
I know, I just saw some people getting confused over him calling himself "husband", and others associating it in a romantic "shippable" way, if that makes sense (I don't know how to express it so let's leave it at that). So I wanted to state that his reference of a relationship is based off of an unhealthy marriage between his parents, not that it is something difficult to understand or that I am making a profound analysis, I agree with you on that.
I might be possessed by an overwhelming sensation of satisfaction towards the author's capability for translating the character's thoughts and feelings into words with such lyricism.
I mean, when would I ever imagine finding an yaoi that's not stuck on the notion of being smutty alone, but also manages to have such pretty sentences like "the me inside the screen was caressing the bottom of a man's eye that was void of any tears"
I'm speechless. It's gems like these that justifies my love for the BL genre
Totally agree ! I was captivated as if I was reading a good novel ! This chapter was so satisfying !
I can't agree with you more :')
