i just CANT see this story having a happy ending

i don’t think there’s going to be one because grandma is going to die soon like soon soon so they’ll have to see each other there imo it’s the event that is going to bring them together or at least have them meet again

so there’s two options.
Like I said before, either JK doesn’t want to have sex (like he doesn’t want to impose it to Dan) so Dan is the one who initiates it and it turns into passionate lovemaking etc
Or, JK doesn’t have sex at all, he just spend the night sleeping peacefully next to Dan and have some more realization about his feelings
Either way, he wins the match

I think Dan’s gonna start feeling better. The night before the fight, Jaekyung will say no to sex or will at least hesitate a bit, Dan will be the one to initiate it. They’ll do it but it’ll be a lot softer this time. Jaekyung’s gonna win the fight, and then they’ll have to start thinking about the whole contract situation. Still not sure when grandma’s death is gonna hit tho

they’re defo going back to Seoul, they will fall deeper for each other. The night of the match, it won’t just be sex it’ll be softer, like actually making love or smthg like that, both of them don’t want to end the contract but they won’t outright say it, then on their way to see grandma, she passes away Dan breaks down, says he hates being alone. And Jae tells him he’s not that he’s here. Because now we know he hates being alone too

I don’t know if you guys saw but the author said the « unrequited love » tag on their story said it’s about Guwon’s!!
I’m 99.9% sure the villagers have been manipulating him and making him out to be some monster. And teach is falling for it, Guwon’s seem like he’s questioned before whether what he’s been doing is right or not, but since everyone’s afraid of him no one’s told him otherwise. I just feel like someone or something engraved these tasks into him and it’s just always been his duty to follow through. And I still don’t trust the townspeople. They are going to use teach to their advantage & it’s gonna get so messy

Feels like the "rat" is the girl who stole the meds for the sick kid. Now the teacher's about to see the real Guwon, the one the whole town fears and how he deals with ppl in order to protect it.
And maybe we’ll finally learn what happened to the kid.

but now theory time : maybe they’re both gonna have sex they will like it and guwon will be even more attached to Teach’ like they’re both will have some kind of relationship (?????) after the smut but then guwon will act crazy once he realize that either they stole médecine for the kid which must only be used in case of emergency since it’s rare (the decision to use it needs guwon’s approval i think ???) he didn’t even give it to Teacher because of « fairness » and what it means to him, since he likes that word he definitely laid down some strict rules for everyone to follow so there’s defo going to be consequences, or idk he finds out what’s going on behind his back like the kid is becoming a maggot etc and for the sake of protecting the city he will either kick out the dad and k*ll the kid or idk ?? but teach will see a new side of him, the one guwon talked about when he said he was ready to do anything to protect the city, the one the others were so scared about since they’re clearly not at ease around guwon

if you guys remember in one chapter guwon said that medicine is rare and not everyone can have it right ?
Either Woojun’s (the sick kid who is often sick btw) is becoming a maggot and the dad accepted it and is keeping it secret with the doctor’s help or the dad stole meds (or the doctor gave them some with the help of the girl i don’t remember her name but the one who was stealing something in the last chapter) to help Woojin and since Jinwoo’s close to Guwon, the dad doesn’t want Jinwoo to mention anything about it to Guwon.
and at worst if the kid is dead, since Guwon likes the word fairness (remember chapter 7 the panel with his kinda scary face) and wants everyone to serve a purpose in town (chapter 2!!) the dad most likely will be kicked out or something by guwon and this might not be the first time it happens, remember the girl and the doctor reaction when guwon came to the table to talk with Jinwoo ?? they left IMMEDIATELY like they’re not comfortable with guwon and scared of him.
i think Guwon hasn’t got the grasp of some feelings yet and he can be ruthless to protect his town
