i love how everyone has flaws, nobody is really that good.. hope the new chapters come out quickly.
nahh in my opinion, the class leader i forgot his name seok or something, he's genuinely perfect, HEAR ME OUT from the start his character was the easiest to digest, indeed trying to be a good leader, and at the part where he yelled and curse for having a punishment, I GENUINELY UNDERSTAND HIM SO MUCH BECAUSE HE GENUINELY DIDN'T DO ANYTHING TO GET INVOLVED ASIDE FROM TRYING TO "HELP" SARANG, that's why i came with the conclusion that perfect people exist, there are just people who is bound to ruin that image, FOR EXAMPLE the teacher, HE WASN'T BEING PRECISE AND FAIR if the teachers were careful enough to handle the situation, the perfect image wouldn't be ruined, but what can i say the teacher is the definition of imperfection. And who wouldn't get mad as hell if everyone's burning your nerves, not to mention he got a father who's damn strict and want his son to be perfect. I understand why people are saying no one's perfect but it somehow feels like you're dismissing people who are victims of unfairness.
Idk bro hes only rlly "helping" sarang bc he made a goal as class president to stop bullying and chose to be president bc he wants to be like mayor of korea or smth and once he realized that "helping" her was gonna tarnish his reputation (which will bite him back if he becomes mayor) he instantly breaks it off with her. I rlly like his character. And hes religious which i think DEFINITELY holds him back from becoming a true beast, but at the same time i dont think thats a sign of perfection. Nobody is perfect in this n thats what makes this absolute cinema
I'm 100% sure that's not the only reason why he's helping sarang, I MEAN who would go through such length simply because of his political goal, or isn't this his reasoning to getaway from questions why he's doing so much for a "weird" girl, i feel like u missed my point like i said perfect people do exist, unlike me or us imperfect simply cannot accept that but i believe it's true, even though what I mean by being perfect doesn't mean being good at everything maybe by my own definition is being a righteous person
think again if you're one of the character in this story, are you confident that you're able to keep a secret such as having to witness a bag full of dead kittens? in school? at the top of your own desk? and be real with yourself if someone is being weird by doing all sort of stuff towards you because of some dare you're not even involved with, are you that willing to put up with their annoyance? And being religious doesn't automatically they're a negative person simply because some of us doesn't believe in it, especially since so far all was shown to us is him praying for the kittens
i read it bro. you said hes trying to be a good leader but hes only trying to be a good leader bc of his political goal. he yelled and cursed bc having punishment would ruin his goal. you said the teachers arent careful and theyd ruin the perfect image even though by inserting himself into sarangs life, he ruined his perfect image by his own actions which would ruin his goal. he literally freaks out bc itd mar his reputation for his political goal. Once he recognized this he cut ties with sarang FOR his goal. the weird thing u said at the end how ppl are somehow dismissing victims of unfairness by saying nobodys perfect made no sense ngl. nobodys perfect and thats a fact. The ppl saying this arent saying it to dismiss anybody. I see a lot of praise to all characters FOR their imperfections and deep flaws. Class leaders deep flaw is that hes striving for perfection but itll never come bc it doesnt exist.
i agree rhat his political goal is not the only reasin why hes helping her but i believe its his main goal. Also bro, chapter 11 “helping struggling friends also gets written on the record, thats why im paying attention to it” when his mother says that its too much bc hes already done enough to be seen as good and to focus on college he cuts her off and literally says he wants to leave a record that he pulls through with his promises for candidacyy and THATS why he needs to help her. He vowed is 1st year of council president to end bullying and even now is still holding onto that promise bc its the “proper” thing to go through on promises. ALSO theres been zero school violence before the games so this stuff happening is literally interfering with his plan, he literally mentions it in the same chapter. Ofc i think theres more to it, which i love, but in the context of his goal yeah its like that. N I didnt miss your point, ur point just makes no sense. not all righteous ppl are good or perfect ppl either.
bro i swear god is gen holding him back. Religion teaches a lot abt meditation, being unwavering, being humble, calm in the storm type stuff n thats probs one of the reasons why he can keep it secret. From the way he locked in after he had a big reaction at that bag, if he loses his faith i bet the crash out will be insane. hes putting up with it bc he wants a good track record. Imagine how nice itll be “class president who pledged to stop bullying in school and helped a kid from being bullied horrifically with clean marks all across the board is the mayor!!” this is his goal and, again, he literally cuts her off when he cant put up with her messing up his record TOT.
also i never said being religious makes him negative i acc think the reason hes so positive is bc hes religous. Ppl who are religious like him to even not cuss (which some religious ppl do bc of religion) tend to be hard followers and turn out to be pretty positive ppl bc they look for good in anything, from my experience being around relion my whole life. The genuine followers at least. Its clear his religion is super important to him. Examples are him going to chuurch, praying over the kittens (thanks god for creating them, does the full holy ghost thing t), doesnt cuss, n apologized to sarang when he cussed.
everyone hella crazy omg!!!
