This is sooo cute. I started figure skating young but transitioned to hockey skates. My last figure skates were like an Eddie Bauer ones that were size 9, but since I’m a size 10 now I can’t wear them. I’m not the greatest skater and I only did it purely for learning purposes, I still enjoyed it a lot. I’m glad hockey is getting some more attention cuz I prefer watching hockey over football/soccer/tennis. Just more visually entertaining to me
There is doomed age-gap yaoi with dr. Doh and arrang
There is doomed yaoi with the two male leads since they are now living a life of uncertainty
There is doomed friendzone ship between Yujoo and Dongha like wats up w them why are they gone and not shown at all. The two are def platonic but like I wanted to get a bit more background on Dongha and why he kinda acts like a cat.
lol so many people are like wtf is this it’s so freaky, but I just think the author is unhinged rather than the sex/relationship being freaky. Y’all should read Mr. A’s farm for freaky… I guess another one that works better for freakiness is Full Volume. Those two are the only ones that come to mind…
I think Legs that won’t Walk is also on the freakier side but that’s because it’s full on abuse early on. I thought it was cute cuz I was young when I first started reading it but when I reread it oml it was lowkey so freaky. I read Mingwa’s works and even that isn’t that freaky lol. I do like the love that Chan Chani gives to both his holes as a woman but this is like what happens in MMF relationships at some point
Korean animation is so fucking bad TT. I didn’t even like any of Vivino’s animations, they’re all so clunky. Although the concepts are cool and whatnot why do they all suck ass. I also honestly didn’t like the voice acting either and all I was wanting to do was shove a used sock up Mignon’s mouth cuz he sounds like a wailing dog. Anyways, I feel like there was a lot of background story that didn’t get covered in the anime so hopefully I can read it once it’s completely done but ughhh I really tried to like it and then I was only disappointed. Even North American/European animation is better than Korean oml. That’s not to say there are good animators (I follow some talented ones on YouTube) but it’s definitely not for a commercial audience oml.
This may seem like ragebait but I literally need people to tell me that they also think similarly cuz I cannot be the only one.
It the Korean dubbing voice for me that sounds so unnatural even with Yumi Cells drama, they kinda all sound like kids shows rather than sounding heavy or cheerful according to the situation as it should be.
For this anime as well I felt that they move unnaturally. So I read the manhwa then skipped through the animation to just see how they did it but for me the voices are the reason I couldn't watch it not the animation.
OMGGGG TBH I LOVE U!! I think so too, idk who it would be but im thinking the average whiny Korean boy at the bar … I used to have a couple Korean friends growing up but now I moved so I don’t see them anymore oof so I’m not entirely pulling this out my ass. The animation is always so choppy too. I watched a couple other Korean animes like that other short BL where there’s a light haired puppy boy and a black hair and oml even the sex scenes…. Why were they more embarassing than me reading full on poem from Dawn of the Dragon…
Woojoo literally telling Hanbit he’d go straight to hell will always be funny. Like I do think if they were truly related, Hanbit wouldn’t feel this way cuz he’d be raised considerably differently and being a sibling is different from being an only kid imo.
Side note, as somebody who’s family refers to them as baby… I was literally saying wtf during the part where he said Woojoo was HIS little baby
Why did this girl even agree to be his bodyguard? I would have only done it if it were by contract and I'd be paid extremely well. They didn't even establish their relationship as bodyguard and person so it felt very elementary tbh. This just feels like the type of drama in middle school between people who don't actually understand what it means to be in a relationship oml... I'm going to let this marinate for probably another 6 months and then see what's up but honestly I'm not even liking this manga too much because of how messy it is. As somebody who doesn't even understand chinese but has chinese friends that speak to each other in chinese, I was extremely infuriated by the random chinese in this because does it imply that the ML is still learning Japanese so he doesn't really know how to communicate with the FL or something else entirely. I have no idea... I don't really like language barrier romances for this reason but sometimes it works out
Dudes loaded and has already talked about compensation multiple times, not to mention it's already established she goes outta her way to help people for free.
What exactly is wrong with someone slipping into their native language when they're comfortable? Have you ever asked your friends what they said or tried to learn Chinese? I found it affectionate when yang slipped into Chinese to compliment her. It is reflective though, of his character and how he's not able to properly get his feelings across which they're addressing in the current chapters
I kind of don't like how everything progressed after season 1, even art-wise. I'm not really sure what to pinpoint it on tbh, but it just got kind of boring and too messy. Please give me your thoughts cuz I cannot be alone on this. I truly love this story though (I have the physical season 1 in the form of volume 1 and 2)
NO HATE AT ALL!!! I do definitely find that I prefer a slice of life kind of manhwa when it comes to romance, and since their relationship is pretty much established by the end of season 1 it doesn't really make sense for there to be more problems etc, since it's not really a traditional smut/yaoi piece. Lowkey would have preferred if they were a switch couple, or if blonde was more interested in blue rather than most of the plot progression being related to blonde's character development.
I'm also maybe hating a bit on the author because in the physical format, the author's art wasn't really optimized for the graphic novel format leading to non-normalized linework amongst the panels (which makes the optical illusion of blurriness in a way).
Lol, I didn't even know about the anime till today. I'm hoping it does well.
No i totally feel that, and i also preferred the light heartedness but i understand why it’s different now. I also understand how u feel cuz i also honestly wish they did delve more into jinhyeongs feelings for uyun especially for this new season but i guess we will have to wait and see!
I didn’t even realize that was the reason why the panels look a bit blurry thanks for pointing that out
YOU ALSO HAVE THE PHYSICALS???? lol I got them off ebay cuz I'm in the US. I do think that Jinhyeong's feelings were really sorted out towards the end of S1 which was why I decided to only buy volumes 1 and 2. I actually really like how the volumes have book covers and the actual volume covers are monochromatic in line with the color scheme, but yea, I haven't taken a look at the books in a couple of months so I might be wrong but I really think it's because of the linework distortion.
In what world do hives look like hickies? Hickies look kinda purple and red like bruises while hives are puffy areas of skin that spread across the body in uneven splotches (like a rash). The brother was so right… I think anybody who is sexually active should learn to use concealer and loose powder cuz that is the easiest way to hide them. Anyways, who else loves the brother. He kinda reminds me of a combination of my family’s characteristics so he’s been the only relatable character thus far.
It’s ok lol, I think a lot of Asian families are like that. I’m rather on the troublesome side so their unconditional support for me has helped me to get out of situations that are bad. I also just have problems that are unlike Seunghyeon. I am easily stressed out, need constant validation, and have very neurodivergent tendencies. I didn’t have a sport I was passionate about and I just didn’t really have a voice cuz I didn’t feel like I needed one.

I think my brain is fried from reading BL 24/7
the cult disbanded along with the spirit that possessed him
Idek how u caught that but it makes sense thanku
