If you wanna build muscles, you're gonna eat MORE than your basic daily calorie intake requires. It is so because muscles won't be built out of nothing, you have to provide your organism with proper "supplies", that is proteins. And if those supplies aren't above your required daily calorie intake, then they will be burnt in a process of metabolism...... 1 reply
