Mc will find out about Ml's lies and he breaks up w him. 3 months time skip, Ml is a wreck, barely eats, lost lots of weight, ends up hospitalized and Mc saw all that bcs he watched Ml stream for game tournament. Ml refused to take meds, go to counseling or eating bcs it makes him vomit. Mc comes to hospital and talks some sense into him, saying is Ml doing this on purpose etc, told Ml he needs to put himself together and to forget about him (Mc) and he left hospital. Ml thought about locking Mc up but he realized the love he feels for Mc isn't healthy so he let's go and starts terapy.
There is few more time skips until they got together so if anyone wants abt that, I'll gladly spoil.
Mc doesn't go back together that easily with Ml, and there was redemption from Ml.
Also, Ml is the way he is bcs of his family, they are pretty much trash.
In side stories is also their first time which was very sweet

8 months time skip and MC's brown-haired friend? is setting him up on date with his sister but MC is not rlly up to it but goes anyway. Friends sister also doesn't want to date him since he is 7 years younger than her but they went to eat dinner. At the restaurant where their 'date' was, behind them was sitting ML with his mom and aunt I think. Anyways, date is over, MC emotions were kinda all over place after seeing ML. ML calls out for MC when he was leaving, asks how he's been, some small talking. MC asks why he called out for him and ML told him that he's doing better(takes his meds, goes to counseling) and that he tried to forget him but couldn't and asks MC for one more chance. MC is not sure about that bcs of past lies but he asks him if ML is willing to wait for him bcs he needs to think about it. ML said yes, even if it takes years. (Not sure if they exchanged numbers here or after).They part ways and 2 months time skip. MC was thinking about ML and called him. They talked and cleared all things and misunderstandings, even about MC's 'date'. Soon they started dating. There is epilogue where they start playing game again and 2 parts of side stories. Side stories is all about their relationship and them dating
