I also have a lot of theories surrounding whom I'm nearly positive is his sister or cousin, what the bloody bucket was for with inklings of backdoor abortion clinic. I'm leaning toward it being a red herring and that he's hiding her to protect her.
I also have theories on mop head looking mc up that are related to mc and the girl being, well, related lol. Considering whom they call his ”stepdad” in one translation and ”adoptive” in the other was raised on this island, it wouldn't be a stretch for mc's birth parent/s to be from there too therefore any other potential siblings returning to the island isn't too terribly far fetched.
