I somewhat get what the translator is trying to say at the end, but to be real honest Jay has grown so much over this series and he’s not throwing things back in his face. He’s trying to show He’s OK with being outed to prove his love, Garam cannot get over his past and what happened to him and projecting it to Jay. That is a self issue not to mention that he left without even talking to his boyfriend, and completely shut him out, made the decision on the whole relationship without as much as a conversation with his partner. Yes, Jay has some issues actually a ton especially with his history, but let’s not push aside that Garam is the actual issue going on right now in their relationship
yess, garam needs to learn to trust and lean on jae more. at the same time, i think jae made decisions that immensely burden garam too (like cutting ties with his family), but fr its just that garam needs to see that jae is not forcing himself to do anything he dorsnt want to do. in the end it all comes down to communication again
I completely agree! Jae has flaws and is really impulsive, and doesn’t think things thru. When he said “I’m not gay anymore” that actually hurt and in the back of Garam’s mind I think that’s a valid fear. Because he can always date girls. And the house, another impulsive burden on garam. But I think he’s trying and doesn’t know how to navigate his relationship with garam. Garam is just closed off and even the things Jae is doing isn’t giving him reassurance because he’s never worked thru his trauma. He’s also never told Jae about his trauma fully (I don’t believe). Both have major communication issues.
Yeah I think the translator's rant is one sided. Jaehyuk has grown way past the stuff in chapter 15 imo, and I agree with you saying that the issue with him in this fight is his impulsiveness. It's been a long time coming to be fixed/addressed.
But yeah this fight shouldn't be pinned solely on Jaehyuk. This fight is happening because both their personality issues are clashing (impulsiveness vs lack of communication).

Not fully about this story because I’m still hoping, but I’m starting to see trend where these authors are making characters so complex and ruthless but the don’t know how to redeem them. So it’s the MC just magically showing up and forgiving them like they were never treated like crap and they live happily ever after. No residual trauma or redemption. Am I the only one noticing this?
