Advice For Starting Business/Licensing for Anime Themed Food

I am looking to start a themed cafe/boba shop in California. Decorations, menu items, music and ambiance would be centralized around TV shows, anime, or fandoms (Steven Universe, anime). I was wondering if anyone had experience in the business knows where to begin and what are some things to consider. My biggest concern is whether or not I need to pay for licensing the name and characters of the show (For example, if I theme it around an anime called "One Piece," and have a drink called "The Luffy"). If I do, where do I begin and who do I need to talk to in regards to the licensing. Furthermore, if I create designs based on the shows, do I also need licensing for that too? I want to understand the legalities of such a business.

    I dunno if you’ll be able to find much help here, and I mean I know I definitely can’t help you there, but if I were you, I’d try asking quora or something if you have legal questions. The people on there are very helpful from what I’ve seen. Well, regardless what you do, it sounds like a very fun idea! I wish you luck, and I hope this helps at all...

sorry this isn't manga related but i just finished produce 101 season 2 and i NEED someone to talk to mainly because as much as i do love wanna one i feel like some other very talented contestants were neglected and i just keep watching ep 6 because the stages were so amazing [ahem shape of you stage] and im just sad that so those who performed my favorite stage didn't make it and i just kinda want to talk about it

so from what i remember the main character constantly cheats on his lover, whose name if i remember correctly is aoi, but aoi always forgives him. However this one time he cheated, it was was someone who was from his past but the thing is the main has amnesia and so he doesn't remember the guy at all. That's prety much all that i remember please help me find it
