(LONG rant)
As much as I'm in love with the story, I sincerely hope I never EVER EVER meet anyone like these characters in my life except maybe yeona.
I love how realistic and upfront everything but these characters are the exact type of people that I hate and they have all the flaws I never want in a relationship of my own.
I was irritated by how the boyfriend (I'm don't remember anyone's name so just work with me) was such a fucking pushover in their relationship but still got upset with Mc when he would make a mistake, knowing how childish and immature he can be, especially when he gets anxious.
And like I just said Mc is childish and immature even at his big grown age but I don't knock him for that, what I do knock him for is how he chooses to be self centered. I think it's pretty obvious that he knows how to think about how someone else might feel but he doesn't want to. There's so many times where he's just so caught up in himself and how he feels that he makes more issues for himself to be upset about instead of fixing them.
And the guy he liked? I just didn't like him at all. I seriously don't have a good thing to say about him. Ik I said the Mc is self centered but there's a difference between that and straight up selfish. He had time on top of time, on top of MORE time to realize how he felt for him. And when he did realize it he went about it in the worst way possible because he has commitment issues but craves it one-sidedly. And then he leaves and has two years to think about how he made Mc feel through their relationship but did he do that? No he only thought about he felt and has the nerve to "want to be the bad guy even more now"? And it's not like he can't realize how he can make other people feel. He does and would just rather choose to trample over them rather then acknowledge them.
Anyways this is a simple rant made after my first read. Maybe after rereading it I'll feel completely different!!!

Rooting for Heon to end up with whatever guy that interacts with him ngl. Damn i think he'll even made a nice pair with Peter if he wasn't a pussy and backstabber but wtv. I really wanna see him interact with the clown guy in the cover though.
I wanna be pissed at the director, and I am but I see where she's coming from. They've already had multiple setbacks for the shoot but you're telling me we don't have like, five minutes to let him change his wet clothes when it's freezing outside??

(This is my eighth time rereading this and I can't get enough)
I want to really break down the metaphors that are pretty abundant in this Manhwa (or at least try)
The peach: We are told by Geom-woo's brother that he likes peaches after Beom offers him one of the peaches he picked for Geom-woo. There is a clear comparison in to Beom and the peach. Geom-woo wants to eat the peach up because he likes it so much. We then learn from his brother again though he likes peaches it's unlikely for him to eat it if offered from someone else. But he likes/trusts Beom so much that he's willing to let himself actually indulge in what he likes.
The seasons: This one is a bit more difficult to understand but I eventually got it after a few reads. Spring is a season was can assume Geom-woo likes and he uses it to refer to his romantic feelings towards Beom. So winter in this sense is any hard times or anyone who's against their spring (or happiness). Which is why he wants to hide his spring (Beom) away from winter. Eventually though Beom becomes all the seasons to him and not just spring.
Chapter 24: Not exactly a metaphor but I think it deserves it's own little moment. We see a tiger walking up to a wisteria tree either in late winter/early spring (because of the melting snow on the ground). The Tiger is meant to be Beom and the Wisteria tree meant to be Geom-woo. I think it ties into the season Metaphor since Geom-woo is specifically hiding Beom from winter but I think it represents their relationship lasting through the tough times or really just their relationship in general.
Chapter 28: Not a metaphor or anything but technically this is the chapter they marry each other metaphorically since they can't literally!!!
Chapter 29: Not a metaphor at all just wanted to point out a reoccurring thing that Geom-woo does to avoid conversations he doesn't want to have with Beom. He redirects it towards something he knows Beom likes. In the previous chapter (in the dream) it was about the apricots and if you haven't caught it by now Beom like picking fruits and he likes flowers and in this ones it's towards sweets he likes.

I saw a comment a while ago saying that Guwon was some type of god and I think that would make a lot of sense for why he sees and treats the people as "pets" rather than humans or someone deserving of respect.
