So what I've gathered from the scientist guy is Quentin was modified genetically somehow to be like subservient and love/obey(?) without question. Which makes him want to fulfill other people's tasks and be "helpful" making him dangerous pending on the task like how he was helping Little A become manager and killed the inspector 1/2
And so when Quentin started talking about how little A was just like him it lowkey made sense. Like it would absolutely explain Little A's dazes when he gets freaky. Like his first encounter with Milton he said so himself that he felt like weird and he was moving on instinct. It's that drive in him to be helpful and this applies to ALL of his freaky actions.
