One thing I appreciate a lot in this story is how the mc actually understands what it takes to be a leader and steps up to the role. Yes it's fun to always come out on top and to have control over others but there's also the not so fun parts such as the responsibility and burden that comes with it that a lot of other stories just conveniently forget or don't even try to explore.
Imma eat my own words, that ending was so bad which is a damn shame cuz I absolutely loved it up to that point.
I just read Home Sweet Home (Sagye) and The Fallend Lamb back to back and am absolutely in love with the vibes and symbolism in the story. The only other work I can think is similar is Stigmata but does anyone have any recommendations?
try master peace, you'll enjoy it. not quite the same symbolism as fallen lamb but quite intriguing in its way. the author is really polished in what they do.

It's a historical Victorianesque not color romance manhwa, I think it was either named after the girl or the ml who is a count. Honestly one of those arts where even the guy looks a little feminine with big eyelashes.
But basically she's known as the prettiest girl of her village but she suddenly decided to marry a count that's far in the countryside. They have really fun banter like I won't love you but I'll be a good partner and such. Some developments being, the guy had a one-sided crush on this other girl that ended up marrying someone else (older and richer dude) for their status but she still leads him on.
Some spoilers from here on...
The fl has a lot of pride and doesn't mind that he has this crush because she married him for her own reasons. That we found out later was that she fell in love with a traveler back at her village and they had a secret love story going on but then he left her not wanting to marry a rich girl with status with himself just being a commoner. She, still being attached, wanted to still be close to a part of him so she marries the Lord of the village that the traveler came from since she knew he would always come back to there. The traveler turned out to be a knight of that count and she makes it clear to the ml that she would not cheat in the marriage, she just wanted to be close to the other guy.
Some small parts about how the traveller gave her a comb and that was her most prized possession that the ml found.
Bro now we have side characters arguing over their interpretation of loyalty and obedience to their kings. With the rationality of it, I can understand both sides. I'm so glad the story takes the focus away from the mc to actually develop the side character's personalities and opinions.
