Soooooo, this is gonna be hard to expect from the isekai genre lmao, but do peeps know any romances/dramas with a close to accurate setting of how men thought at the time (like old-fashioned feudalistic mindset that affects opportunities for women).

some excellent examples of this are the game of thrones books, or even Mulan, but since we don't anything that good, some isekai examples are

the there are quite a few in this genre where you have a reincarnated protag where the reincarnation is irrelevant to the plot, or she knows the future and hence is saved, or she is off to be married due to her father's decision but a man saves her?? like I know that's accurate that men had to save women back then, but also women would have never been allowed to speak to men one-on-one or even propose marriage so that's kinda dumb.

so i'm seeking something where women face extreme adversity from their peers, from society, from even their loved ones and rise from the ashes to create something better for themselves and ultimately impact society as a whole in a the story.

FL is in a mercenary group, her fiance gets another black haired noble girlfriend and everyone except her knew. she feels betrayed, leaves and tries to kill herself but is found by blond ML who's a duke or prince or smt. she's in his estate now and black hair noble tries to frame FL for treason but ML defends FL. ex-fiance also starts pining at some point. has good angst

do you have any recs where the FL has a friend or sister who thinks that FL should do everything for them or uses the FL to make themselves look better while ruining FL self-esteem, like an overly arrogant and narcissistic person.
and either in a regression or later in the story, the FL realises that she's being taken advantage of and is able to separate from that toxic person or even gets a better life than her.

extra points if there are fun scenes where the FL stops helping and the arrogant character is like :O i've never been denied before

i read the whole thing but idr the title

it starts in high school when uke about to jump off and seme calls out to him. uke is a quiet guy and seme is a pushy guy who likes testing people but they become friends, but they start drifting away when seme starts ignoring uke on purpose to get uke to reach out first, and uke things seme wants nothing to do with him.

fast forward a few years, uke is working multiple jobs at a bar and stuff and seme happens to be the CEO at an architect firm he's freelancing at. they start growing closer but the uke doesn't open up for a long time because life is still hard. but seme gets him to move in with him at his grandpa's place as his grandpa's secretary. and everything gets solved the end.

i wanna read anything with a fun, cute, thoughtful yet overthinking, not buff but masculine kinda protagonist.

so one's an editor (dark skin, long hair, older, looks seme like), and the partner(at least when i was reading they werent together yet) is a younger rich kinda guy in the same office. a bit boisterous maybe. had so much potential but chose to work at the SCANDAL MAGAZINE with the editor coz he liked him??

anyway there's a cute scene where he goes over to editor guy's house, and i think the editor is just in his slow thirties and can't be excited about dating, but sparks do fly.
