Please read my reply again, i just repeated what was said in the manhwa. Also "we" are reading it us a fiction but the explanation in the manhwa is not in our perspective, that's why the scientist clearly said he can't get pregnant because of a needed "organ". It's a pretty decent explanation even for a fictional story - which makes it more exciting. Anyway, it would be easier if you read it and understand it yourself. You're welcome
