He's always been like this tho. He's never been said no to and Chiwoo is unfortunately unable to realize Hwan is manipulating him, so he keeps staying with him. Hwan is just now being able to "indulge" in his gross fucking acts, but I have a feeling the story will turn around and soon, hopefully
