My first anime was Princess Mononoke - or at least I remember it to be. If not, this one left the biggest impact on me as a child. Great heartbreaking story with a beautifully drawn world.
But I have to admit that in Austria (and Germany because we share most of the same televison channels) there aren't a lot of different animes played. RTL II play...... reply
My fist yaoi was crimson spell. I think everyone who read the mangas knows how explicit the sex scenes are...
So my first reaction was to close the book as fast as I could and think "Holy shit is that detailed" and "My parents can never see this"
But then my curiosity took over and I just kept on reading ;) reply
I think I read hundreds of yaoi mangas online, since I startet reading them at 18. It really helped me find out what I liked reading about and what I didn't.
Now I'm 23 and can call about 150 to 200 hard copies my own. Most of them in german, some in english because they didn't get translatet yet and I just loved the stories so much.
